THE VILLAGE OF FORD HEIGHTS, ILLINOIS, is soliciting bids from responsible and established bidders known to be experienced and regularly engaged in the construction of storm water drainage facilities and green infrastructure best management practices. The Village plans to construct a green infrastructure project in the Sunnyside Neighborhood near Cottage Grove Avenue and 13th Street, which will include the construction of rain gardens, curb cuts, storm structure cleanouts, and other improvements within the public right‐of‐way.
The Village of Ford Heights has received funding through the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (MWRD) to implement this project. The Bid Package can be accessed at Village Hall located at 1343 Ellis Ave, Ford Heights, IL 60411 or requested via email to Brendan Clemens, bclemens@anterogroup.com.
Proposals are due Tuesday, March 29, 2022, by 5:00 p.m. (Central Time). Proposals should be emailed to Brendan Clemens at bclemens@anterogroup.com by the deadline with the subject line “Green Streets Project Bid– [COMPANY NAME].”
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) at Ford Heights’ Village Hall. All bidders are invited to participate.
