The Village of Park Forest, Illinois, invites experienced development teams to submit their

qualifications and proposals for the redevelopment of an approximately 12-acre, village-owned

site strategically located at the intersection of Lincoln Highway (US Hwy 30), the 211th Street

Metra Electric Line Station, Pace Suburban Bus Route 357, and Indiana Street. This is a unique

opportunity to create a landmark Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) adjacent to the 211th

Street Metra Station.
