The South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association (SSMMA), an intergovernmental agency serving 45 member municipalities within the south suburbs is requesting proposals from interested firms to provide environmental consulting services for their Brownfields Remediation Program as summarized in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
If your team is qualified and experienced in performing and overseeing the described services, SSMMA would appreciate receiving your submittal. The deadline for submissions in response to this RFQ is 5:00pm CDT on Monday, August 19, 2024.
Firms will be ranked based on the demonstrated ability to perform required services. Proposals should include:
1. Overview of firm’s background and experience in brownfield cleanup and project management;
2. Examples of similar projects conducted within the last five (5) years;
3. List and title of key personnel that will be assigned to this project; and
4. Standard Rates pricing sheet(s).
Familiarity with south suburban communities and DBE/MBE/WBE/VBE Participation will be considered favorably.
