The Metropolitan Mayors Caucus and SSMMA hosted a March 23 breakfast to debut STR Solution’s Administrative Hub, a new software tool that streamlines the enforcement of residential property maintenance codes. The cloud-based tool makes critical property and owner data readily available with real time data on owners, mortgage lenders and servicers, lien holders, parties of interest, and tax buyers and tax payers. The software also creates/stores standard documents, lets users capture notes and photos on property condition, and maps properties using built-in GIS.
