Please help spread the word to your residents about… Homebuyer Education Classes Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS), in partnership with IFF and the South Suburban Mayors & Managers Association, are offering a free 8-hour course in pre-purchase home buyers education.
The goals of the classes are to:
Learn how you may qualify for up to $10,000 in financial assistance
Earn your certificate required for down payment assistance programs.
Receive one-on-one counseling with a HUD certified counseling agency
Increase your knowledge about the home buying process
