Homebuyer Education Classes

The goals of the classes are to:

1. Learn how you may qualify for up to $10,000 in financial assistance

2. Earn your certificate required for down payment assistance programs.

3. Receive one-on-one counseling with a HUD certified counseling agency

4. Increase your knowledge about the home buying process
