Comcast offers $10-a-month Internet for HUD residents

Thousands more people in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago south suburbs will be eligible for $10-a-month internet.

Comcast is expanding its Internet Essential programs for low-income residents to anyone who lives in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-assisted households.
