The Village of Midlothian is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2023, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the four subsequent fiscal years.
There is no expressed or implied obligation for the Village of Midlothian to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. To be considered, two (2) hard copies and one (1) pdf electronic copy (on a USB flash drive) of a proposal must be received by Yvonne Redmond, Finance Director, at 14801 Pulaski Road, Midlothian, IL 60445 by 5pm on February 28, 2023.
