Oak Forest OKs electronics recycling deal

The City Council for Oak Forest approved an amended deal with a Homewood-based company to make it easier for local residents to dispose of their old televisions and other electronic devices.

For the past five years Oak Forest has relied upon NuWay Disposal to pick up trash and handle the recycling for its residents. But the contract had no provisions for electronics.
