The Illinois Homeowner Assistance Fund (ILHAF) program is now accepting applications for assistance. Applications for assistance for ILHAF opened starting Monday, April 11, 2022 through 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. You can begin your application by clicking the “Apply Now” button here.
Grants of up to $30,000 are available to eliminate or reduce past-due mortgage and property tax payments for homeowners who are more than 30 days delinquent on payment.
