Four companies — including the developer of Orland Park’s successful Ninety7Fifty on the Park apartment building — are interested in turning a former school site in downtown Tinley Park into a housing development.
Also among the four is builder that’s under way with a large housing project in Orland Park and a Tinley Park company that’s building a skilled nursing center for the elderly in Country Club Hills.
