SSMMA

Will County will host a second round of open houses, beginning this week, to get more public input on its long-range transportation plan and set priorities for future projects.

The sessions will be from 4 to 7 p.m. at five locations throughout the county — Tuesday at Joliet Junior College Concourse 1031, 1215 Houbolt Road, Joliet; Wednesday at Wilmington Village Hall, 1165 S. Water St., Jan. 26 at Governors State University’s Engbretson Hall, 1 University Parkway, University Park; Jan. 27 at Romeoville Village Hall, 1050 West Romeo Road; and Jan. 28 at New Lenox Village Hall, 1 Veterans Parkway.

A survey again will be available online at http://www.willconnecs2040.org for people to express their opinions through April… Please click here to read Susan DeMar Lafferty’s story in the Tribune/Daily Southtown.
