SPC Awards New Lane Marking Contract at Significant Savings! The Suburban Purchasing Cooperative (SPC) Governing Board is pleased to announce that the2016 Thermoplastic Lane Marking Material & Labor (Contract #158) has been awarded to Superior Road Striping, Inc. of Melrose Park from April 12, 2016 through April 11, 2017. Superior’s prices to the SPC are extremely competitive, with prices 17% lower than that they were in 2015, so we strongly encourage all communities to utilize the SPC contract for their thermoplastic lane marking projects.
