SPC Extends Type III Medium Duty Ambulance Contracts The Suburban Purchasing Cooperative (SPC) Governing Board has approved the second of four (4), one-year contract extensions on the 2021 Type III Medium Duty Ambulance (Contract #177) to both Foster Coach of Sterling and Fire Service, Inc. of Naperville.
