SPC Awards Short-Term Contract Extension with Foster Coach The Suburban Purchasing Cooperative (SPC) Governing Board has awarded a short-term contract extension to Foster Coach Sales, Inc. of Sterling for the 2017 Horton Type I Additional Duty Ambulance (Contract #133). The contract extension runs from October 2, 2017 through December 31, 2017.

The SPC Fire Core Cost Containment Committee (FCCCC) continues their work on new RFPs for Type I and Type III ambulances and determined that it would not be feasible to complete the RFP in time to issue a new contract to take effect October 2.
