Purpose The Village of Homewood, Illinois is seeking proposals from a developer or development team for the redevelopment of up to 5 sites located in our downtown as medium to high density, mixed-use buildings that implement the Village’s vision for transit-oriented development.
It is the intent of the Village to enter into a redevelopment agreement with the selected developer(s).
