This request for quotations (RFQ) invites written proposals from qualified individuals to serve as a contractor to perform geographic information system (GIS) services including:
Full GIS systems assessment and analysis;
Server configuration and optimization;
Data migration to the Local Government Information Model (LGIM);
Full systemtesting;
Business process reengineering;
Training covering the following: technical knowledge transfer, security, key user training, application and end-user training, and general implementation assistance.
