4/24/20 Update: DCEO Hosting Rebuild Illinois Grant Opportunities Webinar DCEO Hosting Rebuild Illinois Grant Opportunities Webinar The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) is hosting a webinar on Thursday, April 30 at 1:30 p.m. to discuss funding opportunities from the 2019 state capital bill that are currently open for applications. Three Rebuild Illinois programs will be discussed: Public Infrastructure; Economic Development; and, Shovel Ready Sites. The webinar is free, but registration is required. Gov. JB Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Transportation announced a new version of the multi-year plan for road and bridge projects across the state, which is the first to capture the historic impact of the Rebuild Illinois capital plan.
