Orland Park testing interest in developing sites in its Downtown Triangle


Orland Park is testing interest among companies in developing sites in its Downtown Main Street Triangle.

The effort comes after the village suffered a setback in assembling more pieces of the Triangle.

Village officials last November approved a development agreement that called for an upscale, eight-screen theater to be built in the Triangle, but the village recently learned that those plans had changed, due in no small part to the village’s recent approval of another theater project…Please click here to read Mike Nolan’s story in the Tribune/Daily Southtown.
