Orland fire district to receive top rating

The Orland Fire Protection District is in line to receive the highest fire protection rating from a firm whose data property insurers rely on to set premiums.

The Class 1 rating from the Insurance Services Office is set to take effect Dec. 1, and the district will join just a handful of departments and districts in Illinois with a similar rating.
