Orland approves feasibility study for interchange at I-80 and Wolf Road

Orland Park is moving forward with plans for a study to determine the feasibility of creating an I-80 interchange on Wolf Road.

The village board agreed Monday to enter into a $42,500 contract with V3 Companies, an engineering firm in Woodridge, for a concept study to determine whether Wolf Road would be the best place for the interchange.

Funding will come out of the $300,000 already allocated in the 2018 budget for the project, said Assistant Village Manager Karie Friling during the board’s Development Services, Planning and Engineering Committee meeting just before the full board met…Please click here to read Dermot Connolly’s story in the Regional News.
