With work on two more major components of Orland Park’s Main Street Triangle moving toward completion in the coming months, plans are under way for further development on the 27-acre site northwest of LaGrange Road and 143rd Street.
The four-story, 108,000-square-foot University of Chicago Medicine-Center for Advanced Care, is expected to be “substantially complete” sometime in November, while a parking garage with more than 500 spaces should be ready sometime in December, according to Karie Friling, the village’s director of development services.
