Plans for a grocery-specific market study were re-affirmed by the Monee Village Board in a 4-1 vote on July 9.
The issue initially was discussed by the Village Board on June 25, but because it was not an agenda item at that meeting, Mayor Jay Farquhar could only ask for a consensus of the board….
