March 1: The “Lockbox” Amendment: How Will Illinois Spend Its Transportation Funds?

Join the Union League Club of Chicago on Wednesday, March 1, at Breakfast@65West, in partnership with the ULCC Public Affairs’ Transportation and State & Local Government Subcommittees, presents a forum examining the implementation and effects of the “lockbox” amendment. Our speakers, who will engage in a discussion of the issues surrounding the “lockbox” with one another and our audience, include: State Representative Barbara Flynn Currie (D), Majority Leader, Illinois House of Representatives

  3. Breakfast@65West programs begin at 7:30 a.m. with registration and a buffet breakfast, followed by the program at 8:00 and adjournment by 9:00.
