Cook County Department of Animal and Rabies Control, Kick’s Off the Annual Rabies Vaccine and Microchip Mobile Clinic A Low Cost Rabies Vaccine Mobile Clinic will be held Tuesday, June 3rd from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Hosted by Cook County Commissioner Joan Patricia Murphy at the Southwest Ice Arena (Back Parking Lot) located at 5505 W. 127th Street in Crestwood.
The mobile animal clinic is for Cook County residents only. Pet owners must present a Valid Driver’s License or State ID. Low cost fees for dogs, cats and ferrets of $7.00 for a 1-year rabies vaccine or $21.00 for a 3 year vaccine and $10.00 for microchip identification. Mobile clinic service will be provided on a first-come first serve basis.
