Great Lakes Basin asks feds to suspend rail study

Great Lakes Basin Transportation has asked the federal government to suspend the environmental review process for its proposed 260-mile freight railroad from Northwest Indiana to southeast Wisconsin, but the company does not expect the suspension to delay the project.
