With maps, photos, and detailed descriptions of regional highlights, the FREE “Explore Millennium Reserve and Greater Calumet Region: A Natural and Cultural Guide to the Region from Bronzeville to the Indiana Dunes” is a great resource for anyone who wants to see, smell, touch, and enjoy the great places we have here on the south side. It showcases historic sites like Pullman, features a variety of restaurants and other pit stops, and highlights the best places for hiking, biking, birding, boating, fishing, and more.
