Fixing roads, filling vacant homes key for Lansing’s future

A lifelong resident of Lansing, Norman Abbott was elected mayor in 2009 and re-elected in 2013. With the two-term limit in place in Lansing, the 75-year old Abbott will leave office in 2017:
