The Village of University Park is seeking applicants for the position of Inspector, Code Enforcement.
Job summary: Under the direction of the Deputy Fire Chief, enforce all laws and ordinances of the Village regulating property maintenance, including inspection of all rental units (apartments and single family residences). Perform inspection of exterior finishes on all structures within the Village. Inspects installation of new fences, decks, pools, and sheds to insure conformance with local codes. Read more.
