The City of Oak Forest, Illinois is seeking a Human Resource Manager. This full time exempt position reports directly to the City Administrator and will be an important member of the management team. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, organizing, planning, and implementing City’s comprehensive human resources program.
A successful candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a closely related field from an accredited four year college or university, with five (5) years’ experience in a human resources capacity or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skill, and abilities in the principles of human resource management will be considered. Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) or government experience is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $68,635- $92,860 (DOQ)
