The successful candidate: • Will effectively lead the lnspectional Services Department through ensuring the highest level of employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, ethics, and financial stewardship • Will effectively manage the inspections process • Will establish best lean practices for the department functions • Will serve as an educational resource to the Village Citizens regarding building code issues • Will support the development of the building inspectors • Will enforce the Village ordinances related to building codes effectively and fairly • Will effectively provide fiscal management of the Department and Village financial resources

The successful candidate: Requirements of the part-time Human Resources Coordinator • A minimum of a two year degree in Human Resources Management • A Minimum of 5-7 years in Human Resources or related field • Have the ability to work independent with acceptability of change • Full responsibility for errors in judgment and execution • Have worked with all levels management, union, insurance and legal • Have knowledge of medical records & private material relating to the HIPPA privacy act A background in municipal government is a plus.
