Customer Service Workshops aim to please


, Employee Resource Systems, Inc. and South Suburban College hosted morning and afternoon session Municipal Customer Service Training Workshops on Oct. 30. The sessions, planned by SSMMA’s Management and Finance Committee, were for staff to learn how to create “above and beyond” experiences with residents in their communities. Informative presentations were offered by Alexandra Glumac, Client Solutions Specialist of the Business and Career Institute at South Suburban College and Bill Heffernan, Co-President of Employee Resource Systems, Inc.
