Crime commission lauds Crestwood Mayor Lou Presta

The Illinois State Crime Commission has named Crestwood Mayor Lou Presta as its “Mayor of the Year,” crediting him with restoring the village’s image in the wake of a scandal over Crestwood’s years-long use of tainted well water.
