Cook County offers seed money for towns to pursue larger project grants


Mayors and other officials from more than a dozen south suburban towns gathered in Alsip Thursday, Feb 28, to learn more about how Cook County government can help serve residents of their communities.

Donna Miller, D-Lynwood, who was elected in November to represent the 6th District on the Cook County Board, hosted the Southland Economic Development Mayoral Forum at the Worth Township Hall.
