CNT can help you get rain ready

SSMMA

From the CNT web site, rainready.org

Rain ReadySM is an initiative of the nonprofit Center for Neighborhood Technology designed to help individuals, businesses and communities find solutions to the problem of too much or too little water.

CNT’s Rain Ready initiative helps individuals and communities work together to find solutions to the problems of too much or too little water. We help people who find their lives disrupted by flooding or water shortages to come together to develop a Rain Ready Plan of action.

Rain Ready℠ policies and practices help residents, communities, and states plan for weather events associated with global climate change. Think of this website as a toolkit for becoming more resilient to too much or too little rain in the most cost-effective ways possible.

Best of all, our policies and guides can be adapted to fit different needs. We know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to becoming Rain Ready, and we fully expect that your plan will be shaped to meet your needs. The factsheets and videos on this site are available for you to use in community meetings or to show friends.Read more here.
