April 11-12, 2018, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Essentials of Cybersecurity / Community Preparedness for Cyber Incidents at Cook County Emergency Operations Center 15900 S Cicero, Oak Forest, IL 60452

The Cook County Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management is offering a free 2-day class on cybersecurity.  The Essentials of Community Cybersecurity (ECCS) course provides individuals, community leaders, and first responders with information on how cyber attacks can impact, prevent, and/or stop operations and emergency responses in a community. The Community Preparedness for Cyber Incidents class provides organizations and communities with strategies and processes to increase cyber resilience.
