12 firms vie to study possible sports complex in Tinley Park


A dozen firms are interested in being picked by Tinley Park officials to study whether a large-scale youth sports complex would be feasible for the former Tinley Park Mental Health Center site.

The consultants filed tentative proposals with the village by Tuesday’s deadline, outlining the estimated cost of work and how long a study would take, according to Dave Niemeyer, village manager.
