With plans for a new large outlet mall in Country Club Hills no longer a reality, the owners of the 100-acre site are looking at developing it for warehouse-distribution uses, a representative for the property owners said Tuesday.
Chicagoland Outlets, first proposed in the summer of 2007, was to have boasted 50-name brand stores and some 400,000 to 500,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants and other tenants.
