Summary/Objective

Full-Time Clerk Level II supports the front office operations in delivering quality service to individuals, business, and residential customers.

Essential Functions

Providing a high level of customer service is expected in a professional manner when transaction

business with customers. Cash handling and accountability in the collection of cash, credit cards and checks for various Village services that include water bills, licensing, permits, and vehicle stickers among other items, along with balancing the cash drawer. Use of software programs specifically designed for

municipalities.
