SPC Approves Call One 60-Day Telecommunications Contract Extension The Suburban Purchasing Cooperative (SPC) Governing Board has approved a short term, 60-day contract extension of the SPC Telecommunication Services Contract with Call One, Inc. Chicago, from April 1, 2019 through May 31, 2019. No price increases are associated with this contract extension. Staff is continuing to perform due diligence prior to awarding a new contract for telecommunication products and services.
