South Chicago Heights Village Hall Rededicated to Mayor David L. Owen

On November 18, the Village board meeting in South Chicago Heights started a little earlier than normal; with special reason. The Board of Trustees led by former board member Michael Tilton, who recently resigned and is now Steger Village Administrator, had decided it was time to pay honor to long serving Mayor David L.
