Nearly eight years after Orland Park shut out video gambling in the village, officials are taking a fresh look at it.
With the village virtually surrounded by communities that allow video gambling, some trustees said they’ve heard a chorus of complaints from bar and restaurant owners who say they are at a competitive disadvantage.
