Governor’s Inter Agency Funding Workshop Series Dear Mayors, Village Presidents; Please join SSMMA in bringing the Governor’s Inter Agency Funding Workshop to our area. In an effort to strengthen interagency collaboration, State of Illinois Agency representatives will be participating in events like these throughout the State. This workshop will provide information to local elected officials and administrators on state government programs available to municipalities and businesses. On behalf of the Governor and their agencies, representatives from each agency will present brief highlights of their agency and currently funded programs. Following the presentations, we will host a panel discussion with the presenters for some Q & A. After the program guests will have an opportunity to talk one on one with each agency’s representative. Together we can strengthen intergovernmental collaboration and create opportunities to network for our local governments. *Note – If you have a specific issue, please bring a typed recent explanation on your City/Village/County letterhead presenting the details as well as your contact information so that your issue can be addressed properly and efficiently.
