The old Valparaiso Technical Institute building at 1150 W. Lincolnway could become a home for artists and entrepreneurs if the plans of three residents come to fruition.
Elias Crim, Rebecca Reiner and Hilde Lutze formed a nonprofit group after they met outside the VTI building about a year ago. The three were visiting the building independently to investigate its potential uses, and after talking, decided to join forces.
