Ed Miniat, Inc., a meat-processing company in South Holland, last week celebrated the grand opening of its new 62,000-square-foot East facility at 16250 S. Vincennes Ave.
The company, which has had a major presence in South Holland since 1996, said the expansion cost an estimated $30 million.
The company said it plans to hire about 125 full-time employees within three to five years.
