Once a private supper club for Homewood residents, the aging Dolphin Lake clubhouse and its surrounding park will get new life in the coming year.
The building, owned by the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District since 1970, will be demolished and rebuilt to bring it up to code and increase more space for park district programs, district executive director Debbie Kopas said.
