Procurement Request from the Illinois Department of Transportation:
IDOT is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to explore industry interest in entering into a Predevelopment Agreement (“PDA”) with IDOT for the proposed South Suburban Airport (“SSA”) Project (the “Project”). This RFI is intended to solicit responses from experienced airport developers, construction firms, operators, concessionaires or other similar firms to the questions presented in the attached RFI Questionnaire and to provide an opportunity for IDOT to receive feedback prior to a meeting with respondents (the “Respondents”).
