Gov. Pat Quinn: Flags to be at lowered half-staff now through sunset, March 22 in honor of Police Of

Press release from the office of Governor Pat Quinn:


Honoring Illinois’ Fallen United States and Illinois flags at half-staff immediately until Sunset, Saturday, March 22, 2014. The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor Quinn’s Office that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor and remembrance of:  Police Officer Jim Morrissy of the Oak Forest Police Department

Please immediately lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings occupied by your agency’s personnel until: Sunset, Saturday, March 22, 2014
