Richard Francis “Dick” Kelly, Jr., age 78 of Oak Forest, IL passed away July 11, 2015 at home. Beloved husband of the late Ethel Kelly. Loving brother of Reginald Kelly and Sharon Owen; the late Glenda McGrath, Ronald Kelly and Rex Kelly. Cherished uncle of many. Dick was born in Chicago to Richard and Ruth Kelly on October 12, 1936. He attended Tilden Tech High School and went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree from Governors State University. Dick also attended DePaul University and the American Institute of Banking. He worked at the MidAmerica National Bank in Chicago; was an Illinois State Representative for 5 terms and an Illinois State Senator for 3 terms.
