Major traffic tie-ups along U.S. 30 on both sides of the state line are expected to occur later this month.
Construction will soon begin on an overpass in Lynwood over the Canadian National railroad tracks, members of the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission Transportation Policy Committee learned Tuesday.
