This position is responsible for performing inspections/property maintenance in order to ensure that business as well as property owners are in compliance with the Village current codes and ordinances. The inspector will be assigned to a specific area of the Village to enforce property maintenance in order to ensure properties come into compliance to help maintain and improve Village neighborhood values. This person responds to residential complaints regarding public nuisance and safety issues.
